  7. Sirius Construction Item (AIA) Billing is designed expressly for contractors
  8. and subcontractors.  It has the capability to produce a progress type billing
  9. detailing the percent complete for each item (phase) of the project, or an
  10. item billing (similar to the American Institute of Architects [AIA] billing
  11. format) which details each item (phase) by quantity in place.  Features
  12. include the ability to track original contract, billed to date, change orders
  13. pending, change orders approved, stored materials, units or percent of work
  14. complete, and retainage.  Billings can be created manually or automatically
  15. generated from Sirius Job Estimating.  As each billing is finalized, the
  16. amounts are posted to Sirius Accounts Receivable (which is required to run
  17. Construction Item (AIA) Billing).  Through Accounts Receivable, the billing
  18. will interface to Job Cost and General Ledger applications of Sirius Business
  19. Accounting.
